I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Shizuoka. the value for money was exceptional, as the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the immaculately clean rooms to the thoughtful amenities provided. Additionally, the hotel's location not far from the JR station made it convenient for exploring the area. I particularly enjoyed the nice walk next to the river, which was close to the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and definitely worth it for the additional cost.
Everything was perfect during my stay.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was great as it was not far from the JR station and situated next to a beautiful river. It was so convenient to take a nice walk along the river and enjoy the scenery. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome and at home. Lastly, the rooms on the upper level were perfect with their own private baths, which was awesome. It was such a treat to relax and unwind in the privacy of my own room on the third floor. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and all for a very reasonable price.
Everything was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this traditional Japanese inn is great, with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they gave us helpful advice and were always ready to help. Our room was large and well-furnished, with comfy beds and a fantastic private hot spring bath that we absolutely loved. Additionally, the food was amazing, featuring a range of high-quality traditional Japanese dishes. We enjoyed the delicious fresh seafood and the homemade pickled vegetables.
While the staff was helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the property left a bit to be desired. Some areas needed more attention, and we noticed that the bath area had an unpleasant odor. Despite this, the rest of our experience made up for it, and we still had a wonderful stay overall.

the location next to the river was peaceful, and it wasn't far from the JR station. Our room was impeccable, and the futon was incredibly comfortable. the staff were extremely accommodating, and the excellent breakfast was a particular highlight. the onsen hot springs were just what we needed to unwind after a long day. the garden and hot water fall were lovely, and we enjoyed the mixed gender onsen experience.
We found the pillows in our room to be too thin.
